Top Ten: Election Observations
Since we haven't read, seen or heard enough about Election '08, I figured I'd throw the top ten in the ring. I don't know about you, but I've been fascinated with all things political this year. But, please don't confuse fascination with happiness. There's really so much to say. A good friend of mine said it quite well on his blog (Hat tip to Chuck). I'll admit, I went to bed at 10:30. We knew the winner and I didn't feel ...
Top Ten: Little Known Halloween Facts
I'm always a sucker for Cliff Claven knowledge. If you don't know who Cliff is, then I guess I'm officially old. Anyhoo, enjoy this week's...TOP TEN: LITTLE KNOWN HALLOWEEN FACTS1. Top Ten: Our Day in Aggieland
Otherwise known as the other Holyland - Aggieland still carries the same qualities that drew Scott and I there more than a decade ago. Game day embodies what we love so much about AMC. From march-in, to passerby shouting "Howdy" to the occasional horn Hullaballo Canek! Canek! honk - there's just something special about College Station. It may not have a major metropolitan airport or even a downtown, but I can't think of a better place to spend 4 years ...

... and welcome to the chaos. I know a thing or two about big families (I've got 6 kids), carpool, Catholic converts, the Texas Aggies, prematurity, date nights with Mr. Whitaker, organization and party planning, but I still don't know why it's so hard for my kids to put up their shoes.
