The Halls Are Decked, The Joy is Here

While I’ve been writing these fa-la-la-la-la-laing posts about Advent and Christmas, I’d like to say a special word to all my readers who are feeling less than holly and jolly this time of year. It’s simple, really.

You’re loved and prayed for this season.

If any of my Austin area readers find the holidays particularly hard, please consider attending the 9pm “Blue Mass” at St. Vincent de Paul.

While we’ve been preparing our hearts for the coming of Christ, it sure has been a joy to prepare our home, too. You probably caught a glimpse or two these past few weeks, but here are a few photos and I hope you enjoy! My primary motivation for doing this is to remind myself next year where all this stuff goes. HA!

I just didn’t make it upstairs to get pics of the kids’ decorated trees! Check back later today and I’ll have them all posted. May each of you have a blessed Christmas season.

Ha! We have family coming in, that combined with my desire to take photos meant a picked up house. Merry Christmas, Sarah!

Ha! Years ago when I ordered it, I thought he deserved the biggest one since we love him so much!
