Gobble, Gobble

We had an outstanding Thanksgiving. The whole gang, and a few family friend strays joined us for the fun-filled day. Loved it. We ate, we had a bubbly, we ate, we played whiffle ball, we laughed, we watched football, we ate, we made crafts, we played dominoes, we slept, and we ate again. I pray yours was spent with friends and family and you had an opportunity to be THANKFUL for your many blessings.

One ADD to that Top Ten Thankful list…Go Sooners!!!

While we wrapped up cooking, look who was entertaining all the kids! I think Great Papa had as much fun as they did 🙂

Our craft project for the afternoon (thank you Parents magazine) Those cute little elves now adorn our Christmas tree!

Said game of dominoes. Papa Jack brought instructions for “Amtrack”. The boys are totally hooked, especially Will.

Whiffle ball. Gotta love “fall” weather in Texas!!

What an awesome Thanksgiving you guys had! So glad it was so much fun… LOVE the craft idea. Our favorite mag is Family Fun right now! 🙂 Can’t believe you were outside playing wiffle ball – it is snowing here! Our holidays were spent in the hospital… Poor Everett had a bad respiratory illness. We finally got home last night! Got your Christmas letter – loved it. You guys truly are blessed. Chat soon friend! Oh, I had made all the arrangements to go to Chicago with friends, but due to E’s recent illness and continuing doctor appts. this week, I am not going to make it after all…

That stinks about the no girls weekend, but so glad to hear Mr. E is ok. How scary.
