A Reflection in lieu of your QOTW
When I tell you that it’s been a bad week, it has.
When I tell you that I’d rather not re-live it, I mean it.
And if you ask why I’m not telling you more, I can’t.
Yeah, it was one of “those” weeks and I can’t even blog about it. Too personal, too much information.
So, while I may have had a crummy week physically, emotionally and psychologically, I did have a stellar week, professionally. That’s something, right? I’ve been up to my cute brown eyes in work and I am ever-so-grateful for my rockstar clients, new and old. If I haven’t mentioned it lately, I am excited about the path God is carving for me in that arena. It has been humbling, a little scary and very full of promise. The chair of my board of directors thinks I have great promise. He’s also a pretty good kisser 🙂
We have a super busy weekend (when don’t we?) and I am hopeful it will bring some big smiles and a quite a bit of peace around these parts. We have the slew of sporting events – soccer x2 and baseball – a little time with Nana and Papa, a big academic meet for Will (PSIA), a swanky date night for Scott and I (WOOT!) and some more bags for our 40 days of Lent. Make yours a great weekend, too!
Aw!! 🙁
I hope you have a great weekend. :0) To make up for the cruddy week.
