QOTW: September 23, 2011

“Come ON, Anna-Laura, we don’t have time for you to fix your hair a thousand times.”

Will, to his sweet sister this morning.  He was obviously ready for school.  Anna-Laura is quite the hair artist these days.

I know there were many more quotes this week, but my mom brain forgot to write them down.  We’re still trying to find our groove with the whole sports / school / academic extracurriculars thing during the week.  Wednesdays are proving to be quite the challenge.  We have a grand weekend ahead of us.  Three sports games in the morning, a highly anticipated Aggie vs. Okie State game in the afternoon and a whole lotta parents from Holy Family heading to our house in the evening.  Scott and I, along with three other couples, are hosting a joint 1st and 5th grade party.  If I haven’t said it enough, I’ll say it one more time.  I love where we go to school!  We have such a great community and I’m looking forward to meeting some new faces tomorrow.  Next week, I’ll get the post up about Master Luke’s big day, along with the boys in action at their football games.  Make it a great weekend!
