ALG, on the occasion of her “haircut”. Actually, it’s not too bad. The gal at the salon was able to blend in those pre-cut bangs. I’m just not looking forward to growing them out.
“Mom, why are they banging again?”
JP, asking why we had to re-roof yet another house. Fun times. Fun times.
It’s been a bit of a surreal week. Hard to believe we only have one more week of freedom and then it’s schooltime. This has been one of our wackier, to say the least, summers, but it’s also been a really great time of growth for all of us (read: ME). We’re not off to do anything fabulous this weekend, just enjoy some fam time and piddle around the house. Next weekend the flurry of crazy will waltz right back into the house. I’m trying not to think about the fact that John Paul will be entering kindergarten and I’ll have two in school. This mom is having a tough time with that. More on that little nugget next week. Until then, make it a great weekend!
