The three older kids asking why beloved Aunt Mary Lou had to leave Austin and head back to Amarillo. She was here to help out my mom after her surgery, but the fun must end sometime. MLou, we LOVED having you here. You are the best.

It’s shaping up to be a fun weekend. The boys are heading to Scott’s hometown, Bowie, to fish, swim and spend some time with Granny. The girls are staying Austin-side to swim, paint toenails and do a little shopping. I mean, with no shopping, we can’t really call it a girls’ weekend now can we? I have a funny story to share about Hooters this weekend, so tune in for some serious laughs. Make it a great weekend!
